What’s included?


1. online questionnaire

At a time convenient to you, you’ll spend 10-15 minutes completing an online questionnaire. These questions have been designed, after years of research, to give an independent assessment of your motivators and how well they’re currently being met. 

2. 14-page personalised report

You’ll receive a clearly laid out report explaining your top motivators and how well they’re being met. It’ll also show whether you have a number of factors to balance, or are very strongly focused on one particular motivator.

3. Explainer videos

I’ve made some short explainer videos to guide you through the key areas to focus on and help you start to take action.

There are 4 videos to watch (all less than 5 minutes long), with a supporting handout, to pull out extra insight into your personal Motivational Map report.

4. 1:1 coaching

We’ll then spend 45 minutes together, looking at your unique situation. We’ll dive into what you could change right now, as well as how you could evolve your business in the longer term to better suit you.

If you know exactly what you want to talk about, we’ll focus on those things. Or, if you’re not sure, I can pull out some key insights for you (I’ll have read your report before our session).

You’ll book this session into my calendar at a time convenient to you.

What are Motivational Maps?

The origins of the Motivational Map are based on extensive research into human motivation using three primary sources; Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Edgar Scheins Career Anchors and the personality profiling tool the Enneagram.

Your happiness and success at work is partly determined by whether or not your core ‘motivations’ are being met. These Motivations are not a conscious decision, but rather emerge from your self-concept, beliefs, expectations and personality.

It is important to identify your Motivations and to work consistently at getting more of them at the workplace. However, it is also highly likely that what you want from work, you also want from the rest of your life as well. Thus it is why examining your Motivations is of fundamental importance.

How long will the process take?

Once you buy your Motivational Map, your link to take the questionnaire will be sent to you within 1 working day.

The online questionnaire will take you about 15 minutes to complete.

Your report will be emailed to you within 1 working day. With your report, you will also be sent:

  • a link to the videos. You only need to watch the videos that are relevant to your individual results – 4 out of the 5 videos. Each video is less than 5 minutes long.
  • a booking link to schedule our 1:1 coaching session at your convenience. Our session will be 45 minutes long.
When will the 1:1 session be?

You’ll book this session through my online calendar, at a time convenient to you.

If you want to change the time of a call after you have booked it, you can do that via the online calendar. However, calls can only be moved or cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

What will happen in the 1:1 session?

We can explore whatever feels the most useful to you.

When you’ve digested your report and the relevant videos, it will probably be obvious to you what you’d like to delve into.

But, don’t worry if not – I’ll have read through your report and can highlight some of the key things that I’ve noticed.
